Expert Guidance

Specialists with deep ABA and SEN experience offering clear, personalised support for every family.

Child-Centred Approach

We tailor strategies to each child’s needs, ensuring progress through positive and engaging learning.

Supportive Environment

Our methods promote emotional safety, comfort, and consistency so children feel secure while learning.

Evidence-Based Learning

We use ethical, data-driven practices that help children build meaningful skills for daily independence.

At ABA ConnectEd, we draw on the lived experiences of parents of neurodiverse children and combine them with evidence-based practice. We guide families with personalised recommendations, ethical support, and clear pathways to professionals such as ABA consultants, OTs, SALTs, and cognitive specialists. Our goal is to help every child access the right support at the right time, with compassion and expertise.

Our Approach: ASENT & Trauma-Informed Practice

At the heart of our work is ASENT-based practice. We use trauma-informed, evidence-based programmes that respect the individual while supporting meaningful learning and development.

ASENT is grounded in the belief that children and adults have the right to autonomy, dignity, and choice. We empower parents and caregivers to understand what ASENT is, what ASENT-based practice looks like in everyday life, and how to apply it in a way that truly supports learning.

We recognise that there is a delicate and important balance between:

Our approach avoids extremes. We do not believe in complete and unrestricted free will without guidance, nor do we believe in overly rigid or controlling practices that remove choice and agency. Instead, we focus on finding the middle ground, where learning happens through choice, consent, and collaboration.

Whether we are playing with young children or working with adults, we ensure that:

By using ASENT-based, trauma-informed practice, we create environments where individuals feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn, while still gaining the skills they need to thrive in everyday life.
