My journey in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) began long before I officially entered the field. At just five years old, I was introduced to ABA when my younger brother was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Watching my family navigate his home programme, I was eager to “help”—though, in reality, I spent more time sneaking his reinforcers than implementing behaviour strategies! That early exposure, however, planted the seed for what would become a lifelong passion for supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families. Now, as a behaviour analyst, I work closely with parents, educators, and care teams to create meaningful, ethical, and evidence-based interventions that empower individuals to thrive. My expertise spans behavioural assessment, data-driven decision-making, and crisis response planning, with a strong focus on practical, sustainable solutions tailored to each person’s unique needs. Beyond my clinical work, I am deeply committed to fostering connections within the neurodiverse community. I support families in navigating education systems, advocating for quality ABA services, and implementing structured yet flexible support frameworks. My passion also extends to mental health advocacy and suicide prevention, ensuring individuals facing emotional and behavioural challenges receive the compassionate support they deserve. What started as a childhood curiosity—fueled by stolen chocolate buttons—has grown into a career dedicated to creating lasting change for individuals and families. My goal remains the same: to ensure that every person I work with receives the guidance, resources, and support they need to lead fulfilling lives.
I am passionate about helping individuals develop essential skills and achieve positive behavioral change. Committed to continuous improvement, they strive to refine their skills and stay updated with best practices.
