Hello! I am Hina Waqar
Hello! I am Hina Waqar, a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) and ABA Therapist with experience supporting children with autism and developmental needs across home, school, and community settings. My professional journey combines a strong academic background with hands on ABA practice, allowing me to deliver structured, evidence-based interventions tailored to each learner. I have experience conducting functional behaviour assessments, implementing behaviour intervention plans under BCBA supervision, and using Talk Tools, oral-motor techniques to support communication development.
I work closely with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency, progress monitoring, and meaningful outcomes. My approach is compassionate, data-driven, and focused on empowering families while building functional, real-life skills that promote independence and longterm success.
